Mercier Cycles were founded in 1919 by Emile Mercier and his brothers, Marcel and Constant. It was in homage to the latter, that we named this sweatshirt. Wearing the Constant is a way of saying that cycling means more to you than just a sport: it is also a way to connect to the past, to other cyclists and to nature. Yes, the Constant sweatshirt will change your life.
